If these conditions are not met during the meeting, it will be postponed for three days.

Refund policy

The refund policy is straightforward. After purchasing your ad account, you will be asked to provide the store, product, ad page, ad copy and creative, and if any adjustments are needed, our experts will notify you.
If you run the ad without contacting us first, you will lose your right to a refund.
You have the option to change the service or product you are working on, provided that you repeat the previous procedure first.
If there is a technical problem with the service from DIGIMPERIAL, the refund will take 30 days, with 20% VAT deducted from the total amount remaining in the account with 1 USD equaling 10 dirhams.

Ad account blocked

If the problem is on our end, we will give you another ad account with the balance of the previous account, if not, you will not have the right to refund and you will bear all the responsibility.

Note

For your information, an amount of $25 is added as a monthly subscription in exchange for the support service and for continuing to work with the ad account.
